Local Boulder Organization to send 450 Bike to Africa!

Spokes Community Bicycle Project and Community Cycles is a joint effort
working through local and international partnerships. The group is
focused on connecting people with bicycles, maintenance and education.

After 6 long and arduous months collecting bicycles in the Boulder
County and surrounding areas, Spokes Community Bicycle Project and
Community Cycles, are proud to announce the official shipping date for
the 450 collected bicycles leaving for Ghana, Africa! The official
shipping date is November 20, 2006.

The Schedule of Events:
November 17th-20th
November 17th: The Shipping Container arrives
November 18th: Loading the Container begins at 9am-Dark
November 19th: More loading begins at 9am and we should finish in the
afternoon
November 20th: The Shipping Container begins the Journey to Ghana,
Africa
